The execution of orders for products or services and related activities, such as the delivery of products and services also online or by email, customer service, printing tickets for entry to our events, sending free invitations to our events or managing accounting records and invoices, training and support activities, updating products and sending safety warnings, as well as the provision of other services related to purchases.
The management of our contractual obligations and customer relations, in particular the management of interactions with customers, the analysis and improvement of the products and services we offer, the communication of information about our products or services and the communication of special offers and promotions.
The protection of our company websites, networks, systems and locations, and the protection against fraud.
Managing our ordinary business needs, such as payment processing, accounting and financial management, product development, contract management, website administration, fulfilling obligations, corporate governance, audits, reporting and compliance.
As regards registration and visiting one of our events, acceptance allows you to use the following services:
- Access to the inaugural conference
- Access to the Congress (for a fee)
- The possibility of receiving free invitations to AIGE and EIOM events
- The publication of a Paper if accepted (except for those who purchased entry as a “Student”)
- Access to the event
- Possible printing of the entrance ticket on site, the lanyard and the badge holder
- The paper program of the event (if available)
- The coffee break (if available)
- The business lunch (if available)
- The possibility, if Engineer and if the service is available, to obtain CFP (Training Credits)
Photos will be taken at the event and make video recordings that will be distributed via the Web.
If you do not want your image and/or audio to be distributed, you can communicate this to the staff at the Pre-registration Desk.
