Registration guide

All persons wishing to attend the conference are kindly requested to register online through the conference website. It is advised to register in advance (before the deadline of early registration) to receive an early registration discount.

* It is required that at least one author from every paper must register no later than August 1, 2021.

There will be two registration categories : Regular, Student.

Regular All authors, co‐authors, participants from industry, private and governmental research and development laboratories, independent consultants and technical managers, etc. The regular fee includes admission to all technical sessions.
Student Graduate or undergraduate university students. The student fee includes admission to all technical sessions, BSc and MSc student should send the proper documentation proving their student status.

To Authors/Co-authors

Completion of an online registration by then August 1, 2021 is required for a paper to be included in the conference program and proceeding.

Methods of payment

Full payment of fees is required prior to the Conference. Payment can be made via Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Please read carefully before proceeding registration. Please ensure you read all payment information and Terms and Conditions during the registration process. On receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed. Payment can be made in the following ways:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For the refund of registration fee, the cancellation request in writing should be received by the secretariat no later than August 1, 2021. Only the cancellation request in writing via email is acceptable. The administration fee (Bank charges for remittance, Cancelation fee of credit card payment) will be charged for the refund. Refunds are NOT available after August 1, 2021.
